We will support the Ethernity Chain (ERN) token swap to Epic Chain (EPIC). Read this article for our timeline.
Bitvavo will stick to the following timeline for the swap:
Deposits for Ethernity Chain (ERN) are available until Friday, March 7th, 2025, 10:00 CET.
Buying and selling of Ethernity Chain (ERN) is available until Friday, March 7th, 2025, 13:00 CET.
Withdrawals for Ethernity Chain (ERN) are available until Friday, March 7th, 2025, 15:00 CET.
On Thursday, March 13th, 2025, or earlier, Ethernity Chain (ERN) will be converted to Epic Chain (EPIC) at a conversion rate of 1 ERN = 1 EPIC.
Update: Due to technical issues with the swap tool provided by the Epic Chain project, the ERN to EPIC conversion scheduled for March 13th is postponed to 14 March.
What do traders who own ERN need to know?
Bitvavo will automatically swap your Ethernity Chain (ERN) for Epic Chain (EPIC).
After the swap, Ethernity Chain (ERN) will no longer be available.
After halting the market, your asset balance for Ethernity Chain (ERN) will temporarily display as 0.
Please note that it may take some time for the Epic Chain (EPIC) balance to reflect in your account once we complete the swap of Ethernity Chain (ERN) on your behalf.
