We would like to inform you of recent updates to our User Agreement, Risk Disclosure and Trading Rules. Please read through them so that you are aware of the changes and associated risks. The changes are effective from the 29th of July 2024.

Price Guarantee Service

Bitvavo introduces its new Price Guarantee Service. This Service allows Users to buy or sell Digital Assets from or to Bitvavo B.V., whereby Bitvavo B.V. guarantees the execution price for a pre-set amount of time. This Service is intended to shield Users from the negative impact of volatile markets and slippage, as well as provide more piece of mind and price predictability. The Price Guarantee Services comes with additional costs. Further details of the Price Guarantee Service can be found in the User Agreement and the Risk Disclosure. Please read these carefully before using the Price Guarantee Service. 

Please note that the Price Guarantee Service may not immediately be available to all Users.

USDC trading pairs

Bitvavo introduces trading pairs with USDC as base currency (such as BTC-USDC). This makes it possible to not only trade certain digital assets against EUR, but also against USDC. These changes can be found in the User Agreement and Trading Rules.

Referral program

The referral program has been moved to annex 2 of the User Agreement.
As a result of the new USDC trading pairs, changes have been made to how rewards under the referral program can be paid out to users.

Compliance

We have clarified what actions we can take as part of our compliance obligations.

Orders, transactions, and trading

We have clarified what rights Bitvavo has in the context of providing an orderly market.

In addition, general improvements have been made for readability, clarity, and stability.
