New assets in October

Bitvavo
Bitvavo5. Nov. 2024

In October, we expanded our offerings, bringing the total number of digital assets available on our platform to 338.

EIGEN, XDC and more

In October, we added assets from various categories, such as DeFi tokens, utility tokens, memecoins, and Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions.

This month, EigenLayer and XDC-Network stood out among new listings, both addressing key areas of blockchain scalability and enterprise adoption. Built on Ethereum, EigenLayer is an innovative protocol that introduces the novel concept of restaking and is designed to facilitate governance, rewards, and, potentially, collateralization for participants in the restaking process.

In contrast, XDC Network is a Layer-1 blockchain network focused on enterprise solutions, particularly in finance and international trade. Its advantage lies in its ability to offer the transparency of public blockchain transactions, coupled with the speed and security of a permissioned blockchain.

We will keep on adding digital assets to our platform, creating more trading possibilities for our users. Many of the new assets have been added following requests from our community.

These assets were listed in October:

  • EigenLayer (EIGEN): An innovative protocol built on the Ethereum blockchain that introduces restaking and facilitates the restaking process.
