Scheduled maintenance on the 3rd of March
On March 3rd, we will be performing maintenance to our database. During this period, the Bitvavo platform will be offline and users will not be able to trade. Please find all the relevant info below.
When are we performing maintenance?
The maintenance on the Bitvavo platform takes place on Sunday, March 3rd from 02:00 to 06:00 CET. We are doing this as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our platform's reliability and scalability to further improve your experience with our platform. Please note that during these hours, our platform will not be accessible. However, our main website and our support team will be available.
Limit orders will not be executed
In case you have open limit orders, please be aware that these will not be executed during our maintenance. Your open orders will remain in the order book so they can be matched based on the price action after trading has resumed. If you do not want this, please cancel your planned orders accordingly.
Checking account balance
As our platform will not be available during maintenance, it is unfortunately not possible to check your balance or current prices on Bitvavo.
After maintenance, all trading functions will revert to their usual state.
