Withdrawal options
Detailed instructions for withdrawing your assets can be found here. Please act promptly to ensure your assets are managed according to your preferences.
For any balances not withdrawn in time, we will automatically attempt to convert them to EUR. Please note that while we will aim to secure the best available price, we cannot guarantee specific spreads.
Why does a crypto get delisted?
We periodically review our assets to ensure they meet the high standards we offer our users. Some of the factors we consider include:
- User interest and engagement
- Dedication of the project team or developers
- Trading volume and market liquidity
- Network or contract security and stability
- Evidence of unethical behavior or negligence
A delisting decision is made to protect the security of our platform and your interests. We understand that this may come as a surprise, but by executing the delisting promptly, we minimize potential risks to our users and the market. We recommend that you manage your positions in this crypto in a timely manner. Learn more about delistings here.
