Scheduled maintenance
On July 23rd, we will upgrade our database. During this maintenance, the Bitvavo platform will be offline and you cannot trade. Please find all the relevant info below.
When is it scheduled?
The maintenance on the Bitvavo platform takes place on Sunday, July 23rd from 03:00 to 07:00 CEST.
We are doing this because we are upgrading our database to a newer version, to further improve your experience with our platform. Please note that during these hours, Bitvavo will not be accessible.
Limit orders will not be executed
In case you have open limit orders, please be aware that these will not be executed during our maintenance. Your open orders will remain in the order book so they can be matched based on the price action after trading has resumed. If you do not want this, please cancel your planned orders accordingly.
